Brad is a second generation builder and brings over 40 years of construction experiance; over 15 of this was spent hands-on working in the field. Brad takes the needs of our customers personally and he expects the same from all of the TL Jackson team members. Brad’s main responsibilities are business development and overseeing company operations.

President
Bruce has a reputation for building fine quality homes with over 35 years of extensive experience, he is knowledgeable in all areas of the construction process. Bruce’s main responsibilities are sales, overseeing day to day operations and to ensure that the finest quality craftsmanship goes into each home.

Design Manager
Gina has worked in all phases of the residential new construction & design industry for over 28 years. Knowing every aspect of the building process helps her to guide our customers through the scheduling and selection process to ensure a smooth building experience for everyone.
Lori Rebman L
Scheduler
Lori joined T.L.Jackon after serving as administrator for Northeast Indiana CASA. Her strong organizational and communication skills are valuable assets as she coordinates the scheduling of T.L. Jackson projects. Through in-person meetings, emails and phone calls, Lori keeps our customers aware of the construction progress of their home.
Michelle Dailey M
Controller
Michelle Dailey is our Controller. She oversees our financing, billing, and daily accounting activities. On finance building, she acts as the liaison for the customer with the financial institution. This allows a smooth transition from project planning to move-in day. Before coming to T.L. Jackson, Michelle worked as a tax accountant at Baden Gage & Schroeder in Fort Wayne for 21 years.

Estimator
Sam works behind the scenes with cost estimating as well as obtaining permits for projects. With over 15 years’ experience in the field as a trim carpenter, project manager and project estimator. His attention to detail provides our customers with an accurate project budget.

Project Manager
Dave is a lifelong construction man with an emphasis on fine trim carpentry. He brings a down to earth, hardworking attitude to every job he works. He spends time on each job site interacting with clients, field staff and subcontractors. He enjoys getting to know clients as he diligently strives to deliver quality and a positive customer experience.

Luke brings over 10 years of construction experience to our team. Luke pushes production with a focus on quality and demands the best from himself and others.
