Tom Jackson began doing construction in 1972, and quickly developed a reputation for quality that has been the hallmark of our work ever since. T.L. Jackson Construction was formally incorporated in 1981, and it didn’t take long for the next generation to take an interest. Even before they could drive, sons Brad and Bruce were on the job sites every chance they could get learning various trades. Brad formally joined the company in 1981 and his younger brother Bruce followed several years later.
In the more than 50 years since, we’ve completed hundreds and hundreds of homes in every size, shape and style you can imagine. Beyond new home construction, we’ve successfully completed countless renovations as well as many commercial projects.
And while Bruce and Brad are the heart of today’s T.L. Jackson team, their sons have been busy gaining experience in the industry in various facets. 
Now, nearly half a century from when it all began, Tom’s grandsons, Sam, Luke and Ben, have officially purchased ownership stakes in the company and are actively involved in project management and estimating, as well as helping guide T.L. Jackson into the future.
